Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Cancellations more than 14 days from arrival date - full refund less 5% admin charge.
• Cancellations 1-14 days of arrival date - first night's tariff charged.
• Cancellation of all or part of booking within 24 hours of arrival, or no show - first night's tariff + 50% of booking balance charged
